How do I run extract-cords.py with the igrf12coeffs.txt?

I modified the Makefile but it fails to parse it with extract-cords.py. I am not implementing on an msp-430 but for a Gomspace Cubesat. I took out all the msp430 references and UART stuff. Just need the calculation function. Attached are the files I used and the result of the make.

It works for me. What python are you using? I am using 3.5.1. Did you modify igrf11coeffs.txt?

P.S. I have not looked at this in a while so I may be a bit fuzzy on details.

I am using 2.7.3 on Ubuntu 12.04.
I had downloaded an igrf12coeffs.txt but since my python version is
probably not right, must explain why it choked. So, I went an made copied
the relevant numbers from that file to igrfCoeffs.c. The only thing was
the SV didn't have 80 elements in it but 79. Not sure if that matters that
the last element would default to 0.

Here a couple runs of my test program with that version. Its in xyz and the
online calculators compute it in NED, so not sure how to convert back and
forth to verify the numbers. I am an EE working with an Aero Engr and this
is all very new to me.
