Captures the 2026-05-09 Jira-data investigation findings (590 resolved issues sampled): 97% have no Jira `components` field, but 61% carry fixVersions whose names follow `<component>-v<X.Y.Z>` and are a clean fallback signal. Documents a 3-phase plan (fixVersion-prefix matching, Epic-link reach-through, Job-issuetype exclusion), file pointers for every change site, the reusable verification snippet, and a pickup prompt for resuming the work in a fresh session.
