- Add dtolnay/rust-toolchain@stable to all CI workflows (wgpu-native now builds from source)
- Update Swift version from 6.1/6.0 to 6.3.2 in engine and guava-mcp workflows
- Standardize branch refs: remove guava-next, keep main + next across all workflows
- Add Rust toolchain step to release workflow (macOS, Windows, Linux)
