• Terminal no longer freezes on theme switch (NSView was being destroyed and recreated)
• Fixed race condition flooding the MainActor executor during terminal output
• Fixed async observation loops with thread-safe ContinuationHolder pattern
• Agent availability check moved off MainActor (no more UI hangs on launch)
• FileSystemWatcher properly closes AsyncStream on stop
• Navigation events replaced with type-safe @observable coordinator (removed NotificationCenter)
• TerminalService decomposed into focused helpers (SessionStore, ActivityTracker, AppearanceManager)
• AppDelegate simplified to thin Composition Root; lifecycle logic in AppLifecycleCoordinator
• GitURLConverter handles git://, SSH, SCP and HTTPS with tokens
