React + TypeScript + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

Connecting to a non-localhost autotracker

By default the tracker connects to QUsb2Snes / SNI on ws://localhost:23074. To point it at a different host (e.g. an SNI server on a MiSTer at 192.168.0.17), open the launch page once with a host query param:

https://your-tracker-url/?host=192.168.0.17

The launch page saves the host to localStorage and strips the param from the URL. All subsequent launches will use the saved host until you change it.

  • To change it later: visit the launch page with a new ?host=....
  • To reset to localhost: visit with ?host= (empty) or ?host=localhost.

Expanding the ESLint configuration

If you are developing a production application, we recommend updating the configuration to enable type aware lint rules:

  • Configure the top-level parserOptions property like this:
export default {
  // other rules...
  parserOptions: {
    ecmaVersion: 'latest',
    sourceType: 'module',
    project: ['./tsconfig.json', './tsconfig.node.json'],
    tsconfigRootDir: __dirname,
  },
}
  • Replace plugin:@typescript-eslint/recommended to plugin:@typescript-eslint/recommended-type-checked or plugin:@typescript-eslint/strict-type-checked
  • Optionally add plugin:@typescript-eslint/stylistic-type-checked
  • Install eslint-plugin-react and add plugin:react/recommended & plugin:react/jsx-runtime to the extends list
