Resolves the 4 image-update cases from the 2026-09-09 stack audit (repo-daily-news).
Pin-lock test (test_parity_render.py) updated to match. Substrate gate: 333 passed, 1 flaky sigint timing test (passes in isolation, unrelated to pins).
Note: hermes-agent pin bump (v2026.8.3 -> v2026.9.7) is a separate change — it requires a local image rebuild + container recreate, so it is handled out-of-band.
