Step 3 now has one Activation box and one confirmation dialog for eligible approved Policies, program Documents, and Training. The shared CLI and HTTP workflow applies the selection in one atomic batch, preserving exact approval revisions, Control collection review, Training assignment prerequisites, readiness gaps, and rollback on stale or invalid content. Existing individual activation commands and Audit Document activation remain available.
Release 0.16.34 updates both packages and coordinated version copies. The generated README explains the combined activation path.
Validation: two independent combined code and security reviews found no actionable issues. Node 24 clean install, full CI validation, both package dry runs, dependency audit, source scans, and a fresh consumer using the local engine passed. Playwright exercised unavailable content, empty selection, changed approved Markdown rollback, and successful bulk activation; screenshots, console, requests, stored records, and server logs were inspected. The validation server was stopped.
The full local CI run passed with one test worker after an intermittent parallel Git-history fixture failure. The isolated history test also passed.
Release completed: v0.16.34 at
0a22c3c59168f56703b86314a6af50bf105802c6. PR validation and npm publication with installed README smoke test passed. Both npm packages expose 0.16.34 as latest; package checksums match the local package checks, and both provenance statements identify the release commit.
