Summary

This PR fixes issues on the /workspace page where it could render a blank screen or get stuck due to unauthorized API calls or unexpected errors. It introduces a loading spinner during redirection and ensures reliable navigation by redirecting to /login on 401 responses or general fetch failures. Existing logic for redirect_workflow links and default workspace creation is preserved.
