trying to automate some scenarios based on this:
Altinn/altinn-register#832

This takes forever to test manually

• Decided to use inline xml for the tests themselves (think it's easier to read + debug). So might want to clean up / delete the test data folder entirely
• The remaining XML in test data folder are usuful for additional tests to be implemented and show examples
• Cleanup - Organization numbers remain in the Register, but cleanup try their best to remove relations created to not mess up the test environment
• Some tests also verify role changes using /authorized parties... this is a bottle neck (sync between Register / AM doesnt happen instantly). Aleksander created a new endpoint we can use, but they need to expose it via APIM first: Altinn/altinn-register@d674aef

Should these be automated?

• not for now.
• todos include: create parties in Altinn 3, add query param to ER sync url that only uses Altinn3
