HyprPharch v1.1 - Persistence & Polish

This update builds on the v1.0 foundation by fixing behavior logic and ensuring state persistence. It is not just about looks; it is about the system behaving correctly across sessions and interactions.

System & Logic

  • Quickshell: Improved the theme selector logic. It now properly remembers your active theme state, and I added validation for future theme
  • Hyprland: Fixed a critical bug where application window sizes were inconsistent. Updated rules to handle this better.
  • Kotofetch: Adjusted the spawning behavior. It no longer appears persistently; it now only triggers when opening terminals via specific keybinds.

Theming Ecosystem

  • Yazi: Added full multi-theme support.
  • Fastfetch: Now supports theme-specific configuration variants.
  • Dunst: Notification styling is now synced with the active theme.
  • Spotify: Updated the theming script to handle changes dynamically (mainly affects full dotfile users).

HyprPharch v1.0 - The First Complete Rice

We are jumping straight from v0.1 to v1.0. Why the silence between versions? I deliberately skipped because I didn't feel the intermediate states were truly functional or worthy of a release. I prioritize quality over incremental noise.

What's new in v1.0: This is the first complete version of the setup. It establishes the baseline for what HyprPharch is meant to be: a perfect balance between usability, minimalism, and aesthetic quality:

  • Multi-Theme Support: Now featuring 4 distinct themes integrated.
  • Full Functionality: Moved beyond a "snapshot" to a fully usable daily-driver environment.
  • Structure: Reorganized for better maintainability and future expansion.

This is just the starting point. The goal remains to keep it clean, usable, and high-quality.

Enjoy the rice! 🍚

This is it! My dotfiles, now known as HyprPharch. 🚀 This initial release (v0.9) is a snapshot of my full Arch Linux setup, including configurations for Hyprland, Neovim, and VSCode. 💻 While I'll be evolving these files, this version will stay as a historical reference. A true "pache" moment. 💾
