Start with the README inside a participant directory. Some folders contain notes or links; others contain an Android project. For code projects, open the directory containing the Gradle settings file in Android Studio and follow that project's SDK/JDK and configuration requirements. There is no single root build.
The projects have not been newly build-tested in this documentation pass. Preserve participant credits when sharing or proposing changes, and check project-specific licenses before reuse.

At archival, Cinescope UI PR #6 and SplashScreen PR #3 remain unmerged. Their submissions are retained in the pull requests, not represented as part of the default branch. The original pre-task issue #1 is also preserved as historical context.
