This PR rewrites the README to:
mcp.ansvar.eu/*URLs (decommissioned 2026-04-23) and@ansvar/*npm package references (decommissioned 2026-05-05 — see ADR-021 Superseded).Everything below the CTA block is preserved verbatim: tool schemas, capabilities, examples, contributing guide.
