Closes #152 - Add Additional Documentation section with: - Deployment Guide (local, Docker, production deployment) - CI/CD Guide (pipeline explanation, debugging, best practices) - ADR-004: Migration Strategy (phased, test-driven approach) - ADR-005: Testing Approach (four-tier testing strategy) - ADR-006: Deployment Platform (Docker on VPS) - ADR-007: CI/CD Pipeline (GitHub Actions automation) - Preserve all existing README content intact - Link to comprehensive technical documentation
