Adds AIP-6 (Draft, Standards Track / Contracts, requires AIP-2): referral and client attribution through a buyer-signed metadata tail.

• Five-word attribution tail in SpendingAuth v1/v2/v3 and FreeUsage v1 metadata (clientId + optional EIP-2098 invite), decoded by AntseedStatsV2
• AntseedAttributionUsage: per-epoch recognized weighted points per client, referrer and referee (cursor, credit-epoch roll forward, first usage, pause)
• Two new emissions-gate controllers, AntseedReferrals and AntseedClientRewards, on the shared AntseedEpochShareRewards pro rata split
• Two-sided referrals (50/50 during a 12-epoch referee window), activity-based single-use invites, new-buyer rule, shared-operator self-referral guard
• Fixed invite and 416-byte metadata test vectors

Open issues (listed in the AIP):

1. Minter ids and share values for the referral and client buckets are not defined in the repo; the AIP-2 default shares already sum to 100%, so existing editable buckets must give up share.
2. The reference TypeScript encoder (packages/protocol/src/signatures.ts) still emits the retired two-word tail and must move to the five-word tail (plus an invite signer) checked against the vectors.
3. Whether to cap a single claimant's share per epoch (neither controller does today).

node scripts/validate.mjs passes for all six AIPs.
