Summary

Moves AIP-6 (Referrals and Client Attribution) to Review and aligns it with the reference implementation in Antseed/antseed#1080.

  • Referral recipients: referrer rewards are now paid only to the referrer's Deposits operator, like referee rewards. A claim reverts with RewardRecipientUnavailable while no operator is set and can be retried later. A hot wallet never receives referral rewards in either role.
  • Bucket ids and shares (was Open Issue 1): both buckets are carved out of the 10% verification bucket: verification 4%, client (builders) 4%, referrals 2%. Minter ids are antseed.emissions.client-rewards.v1 and antseed.emissions.referrals.v1, registered by script/RegisterAttributionMinters.s.sol.
  • Reference encoder (was Open Issue 2): resolved. The encoder already emits the five-word tail and is tested against the vectors.
  • Corrections: the integration test's description; clients may omit an all-zero tail; Channels reports to Stats only for sellers with a staked agent id.
  • README: the AIP index now lists AIPs 1–6 with their current statuses.

Remaining open issue: whether to cap a single claimant's share of an epoch.
