Generates the AIPs website straight from AIPS/*.md, EIP-style: one page per proposal plus an index grouped by status. No framework, no server — a single build script (scripts/build-site.mjs, markdown-it + js-yaml) renders into _site/.

• Index groups proposals by status in the AIP-1 lifecycle order, with title, description, type/category, and linked authors.
• Each proposal page renders the preamble as a definition table (linked requires, discussion URL, status pill), the body with heading anchors and a sticky table of contents, and a view-source link back to the repo.
• Intra-repo links (aip-N.md, LICENSE, aip-template.md, assets) are rewritten to site routes; index.json is emitted for tooling.
• Build runs the frontmatter validator first, so a malformed AIP fails the deploy.
• Styling follows the AntSeed brand tokens (General Sans, Geist Mono, forest/emerald palette) with an automatic dark variant, favicon inlined.

Cloudflare Pages settings (configured separately): build command npm run build, output directory _site, production branch main. Documented in the README.
