What to build

Complete the existing meeting/portal handoff with room context, focus ownership, reduced motion, reconnect truth, and input-safe enter/exit.

Acceptance criteria

• Existing duplicate/stale-generation guards and media queue are preserved.
• Enter, cancel, reveal, leave, double input, reconnect, and screen-share states converge.
• Normal motion is fast/informative; reduced motion completes without animation callbacks.
• Focus, world sleep/wake, privacy cut-offs, App tests, and multi-session E2E pass.
• The slice owns its privacy-safe analytics events.
• Behaviour is built in vertical red → green cycles through public interfaces.
• An independent reviewer gives READY and all required GitHub CI is green.
• Deployment-sensitive behavior is verified on production after merge.
