What to build

Replace generic text-only object behavior with a small set of interactions tied to real events, rooms, notices, collaboration, or social actions.

Acceptance criteria

• Every retained/new interactable has a named social-loop purpose.
• No object is added solely to display filler text.
• Pending/success/failure and accessible focus behavior use the interaction-state seam.
• Shared data/actions, analytics, focused tests, and browser QA are included.
• The slice owns its privacy-safe analytics events.
• Behaviour is built in vertical red → green cycles through public interfaces.
• An independent reviewer gives READY and all required GitHub CI is green.
• Deployment-sensitive behavior is verified on production after merge.
