What to build

Give the stage hall clear hierarchy, ambience, audience/presenter layout, walkability, feedback, and spectator sightlines tied to truthful live state.

Acceptance criteria

• Idle, joining, live, muted, leaving, and ended presentation is visually distinct.
• Lighting/ambience and layout create a sense of occasion without harming contrast/performance.
• Audience seating, presenter focus, routes, prompts, and sightlines are verified.
• Server position validation, media isolation, reduced motion, attribution, screenshots, and E2E remain intact.
• The slice owns its privacy-safe analytics events.
• Behaviour is built in vertical red → green cycles through public interfaces.
• An independent reviewer gives READY and all required GitHub CI is green.
• Deployment-sensitive behavior is verified on production after merge.
