What to build

Verify the feature-owned event stream can calculate the pilot's activation, shared-session, transition, repeat-group, return, reliability, and safety measures.

Acceptance criteria

  • Weekly Returning Social Groups has an explicit reproducible query/window definition.
  • Activation, social density, repeat relationships, activity depth, event conversion, return, reliability, and safety are exportable.
  • Retention/deletion/idempotency and cross-event joins are tested on privacy-safe fixtures.
  • No raw-hours, idle-presence, or chat-volume north-star metric is introduced.
  • Behaviour is built in vertical red → green cycles through public interfaces where implementation changes are required.
  • An independent reviewer gives READY and all required GitHub CI is green.
  • Deployment-sensitive behavior is verified on production after merge.
