feat(ui): drop landing WASD hint, dedupe avatars, remove em dashes

Summary

• Tab title is just hyprverse.
• Landing no longer shows the WASD / controls footer under the sign-in form.
• Duplicate character portraits are gone from the picker; old saved keys still resolve.
• Player-facing copy no longer uses em dashes.

Changes

• index.html title is hyprverse only.
• Remove .console-foot and the landing controls hint.
• CHARS is 9 unique sprites. char5/char7/char9 alias to char3/char4/char1 via resolveCharKey.
• Landing, world scene, and HUD avatars use that resolver so leftover localStorage keys keep working.
• Replace user-facing em dashes with comma, period, or colon (auth, chat, reports, help, arcade empty-best, etc.).

Why

Owner asked to clean landing copy, stop showing two of the same portrait, and drop em dashes from product text. Logo is unchanged.

Testing

• Unit tests (PixelAvatar, MeetingGrid, chatCooldown, controlBar, boardTable, ChatBox, ControlBar, MeetingOverlay: 104 passed)
• Integration tests (not applicable)
• Manual verification: mock landing title, picker count, no WASD footer
