Proxy setting for OverscanNUI

[FUSIONOF]

A setting to use proxy in overscan & proxy works on just that site would help accessing restricted sites

@FUSIONOF so do I need to change something?

Edited the description, Can you please implement proxy settings to help access region blocked sites

@FUSIONOF Built in build-032c399 (NUI package, Overscan-nui.tpk).

How to use it:

1. Menu → Proxy address…, type your proxy as http://host:port, http://user:pass@host:port, or socks5://host:port. SOCKS proxies with a login aren't supported by the browser engine, so use the proxy's http address for those.
2. Open the blocked site, then Menu → Proxy on/off. It's remembered for that site only. The status bar shows via proxy while it's in use. Pressed on the start screen instead, it turns the proxy on for every site.

Two questions, because I can't test this on a TV here:

1. Open a what-is-my-IP site (e.g. ifconfig.me), turn the proxy on for it, and check the IP changes to the proxy's. If it only changes after restarting Overscan, tell me: that means the engine doesn't pick up the change while running.
2. Then open a different site without the proxy, or turn it off, and check ifconfig.me shows your own IP again. If it still shows the proxy's IP, turning it off doesn't work on your set and I'll fix it next build.

If something doesn't work, the diagnostics page at http://<TV-IP>:8081 has a proxy: line showing what the engine was told. Please send that whole page.

Proxy works perfect, thanks. Turning proxy on changes ip to proxy one without restarting overscan & turning off change to real ip.
