Name the tizen-youtube manifest after its repo - #47

The manifest's repo is SushyDev/tizen-youtube, but the file was still called sunnyden__TizenYoutube.json, which fails the validation's owner__repo filename rule for every PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
