Pre-flight checklist
Problem / motivation
About once a day, my custom mouse button settings stop working and I need to quit and restart the background agent. I get it, still in the early stages, it happens. However, the process is:
- Notice button is doing the wrong thing. Try again just to be sure
- Click open the GUI from the taskbar logo to make sure it's registering the mouse as connected
- Realize I need to reload the agent...
- Quit the GUI
- Ctrl-Alt-Del and open task manager
- FIND the OpenLogi agent on the list
- End the task... confirm that I want to end the task
- Close Task manager
- Reopen the OpenLogi GUI from the start menu
- Close the GUI again
The version for adjusting the config file is shorter, but still silly. Why can't I refresh the config and reload the agent from inside the app?
Proposed solution
Can I please just get a "Reload background agent" button in the GUI?
Alternatives considered
Manually quitting from the task manager and reloading the GUI app... which is silly.
IS there a CLI command I could run to do it? I can map that to a macro button.
