fix(deps): clear JS tooling audit (fast-uri, js-yaml, braces) - #12

regenerate-sdk.yml failed its JS tooling audit. Same fix as archastro-python 196350a: - fast-uri override 4.1.4 -> 4.1.5 (GHSA-hrr3-gc8f-f4qj, GHSA-jvvf-x445-j334) - js-yaml override 5.2.3 -> 5.4.1 (GHSA-r3ph-w7gj-g6xm) - braces GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm has no patched release; waive until 2026-12-31. Only chokidar under prism-cli pulls it in, and it watches one fixed spec path with globbing disabled. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

196350a:fast-urioverride goes from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5, and thejs-yamloverride from 5.2.3 to 5.4.1.package-lock.jsonis refreshed.@stoplight/prism-cli. That chokidar watches the one spec path we pass toprism mock, withdisableGlobbing: true(confirmed innode_modules/@stoplight/prism-cli/dist/util/runner.js:13).Scope: dev tooling only. Nothing in the published Go module changes.
Risk: low. These are transitive dev dependencies used by the Prism mock.
