Summary

  • Correct the core skill and monitor so an ordinary completion references a task/path, rather than sending a rejected plain done with a PR URL.
  • Explain when a real PR lifecycle event and its payload belong on the same post; never manufacture an event merely to reference a PR.
  • Regenerate all eight harness copies and execute the actual documented completion example against the released CLI in CI, using an isolated synthetic session and dry-run only.

Verification

  • Original example reproduced exit 65 on installed CLI 0.55.9; corrected example passes the new executable regression test against that same binary.
  • Plugin generator: 138 passing tests, one released-CLI test intentionally skipped without its executable environment variable; that test passes separately with the executable supplied.
  • All 180 generated files match the catalog; git diff --check passes.
  • No live messages, local PR assessments, or configuration changes are part of the example test.
