Add #theme page: language chips, brand color controls, scoped live preview, Copy CSS export, Apply to gallery, draft localStorage. Plan/todos for v1.8; web-only.
Hero button and accent-bordered card on Welcome route users to #theme.
Wire Inventory and Settings inside AppShell with working nav, command palette actions, taller embed height, and demo Export/New/Save feedback.
Raise shell visibility on #app, contain demo AppShell height, more bottom-pager padding, normalize 8-digit hex brand soft colors for export.
Stack brand + preview; use minmax(0,1fr) field grid so ColorInputs fit inside the gallery card instead of clipping hex values.
