Language localisation

Hi Aron,

there comes the localisation I made 12 days ago.

I have the same problem with this pull request. I'm not able to exclude the unimportant commits for the README file. :-[
It compares to your master branch only...

The really important files are (the others were already included into the first pull request):

chrome/locale/de/lookout.properties
chrome/locale/de/prefwindow.dtd
chrome/locale/hu/lookout.dtd
chrome/locale/hu/lookout.properties
chrome/locale/hu/prefwindow.dtd

The chrome.manifest includes not the 'jar:...' type values, but the direct values I use for the development. It should be edited for the final add-on.

Hi Aron,

yesterday I added Makefiles to automatically generate the XPI archive of the add-on. This is an additional commit in my repo, so hopefully you can track it separately.
One open point is still that the chrome.manifest file should include the 'jar:chrome/lookout.jar!/' directive instead of the 'chrome/' used for the development. Please take care of it!
