The June 7 Terraform repository sync overwrote this file with the shared org template, dropping the website-specific ignore paths (.docusaurus, static, package-lock.json, docs/project-quiver, ...). Terraform no longer manages this file's content (Arrow-air/tf-github#162), so this restore will stick.
