It's been pretty slow even with the new stuff.
The Contents list is numbered entirely automatically. That should help with working out the structure of the document. It probably could take a light face lift. (Making it a logical flow is ... well...). Header numbering is automatic, but you have to match the numbering to the numbering on the Contents list in the code:
<h1>levels are numbered per folder. The counter set is in each style folder.<h2>, and if the file is about a<h3>then those too, are set in the<head>section of each file. The counters are set to the value previous to the firs occurrence.
