• power on off
• get logs of success of booting the platform.
• flash rom
• iterate until success (linuxboot and all other platforms flashing, testing, booting and logs grabbing and toctu).

This looks like a synergistic platform.

I'm not skilled enough in PCB design to achieve this.
I'm also not interested in selling hardware, but maybe selling a few at a conference is a possibility.

FYI: we're getting the hardware parts for evaluation of this project.

My initial though would be to NOT integrate it directly with board such as RTE. I'd keep the NORbert on a small companion board, as close to the mainbaord SPI connection, avoiding high SPI frequencies to travel longer than necessary - RTE itself is not that small and convenient in all cases to place close enough. It can be connected to a board as RTE over USB and integrated well on the software side.
