Document the FT2232H channel-A connections required by browser bitstream programming, including the Dock J7 pinout, BL616 disable strap, and power warnings. Show the same mapping directly in the Bitstream tab.

The browser bitstream programmer requires an external FT2232H, but the setup was easy to mistake for the Dock's onboard BL616 debugger or the separate FT245 wiring.
Show the FT2232H channel-A to external-JTAG mapping directly in the Bitstream tab and README, including the BL616 disable strap, voltage reference, and power warning. Release notes link to the same guide.
