Update README gallery with new screenshots using Cyrillic filenames

Updates the README gallery sections to use the newly uploaded screenshot files with Cyrillic names while preserving all existing formatting, alt text, and clickable links.

Changes Made

• Moved screenshots: Relocated 3 new screenshot files from root directory to assets/screenshots/
• Updated image references: Replaced old screenshot paths in both Hebrew and English gallery sections:
  • app-home.png → Снимок экрана 2025-08-18 230918.png (App home screen)
  • bot-commands.png → Снимок экрана 2025-08-18 231045.png (Bot commands interface)
  • bot-pairplot.png → Снимок экрана 2025-08-18 231119.png (Bot pair plot example)

Technical Details

• Preserved formatting: All existing width, alt text, and anchor link attributes remain unchanged
• Bilingual consistency: Updated both Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR) gallery sections identically
• File handling: Properly quoted filenames containing spaces and Cyrillic characters
• No breaking changes: All other content, styling, and links remain untouched

The gallery now displays the updated screenshots in both language sections while maintaining the existing responsive layout and accessibility features.
