Add Session 3 and multi-session live programmes

Summary

• add AI Quick Wins Session 3 · Expand as 11 native live activities with 32-slide mapping
• allow educators to open or close any combination of programme sessions independently
• let learners switch between open programme sessions without being snapped back on polling
• extend Educator Copilot to read PPTX/DOCX, attach source materials, create/update multi-session programmes, and preserve stable response IDs

• 49 CommonLab tests pass
• TypeScript passes
• targeted ESLint passes
• production build passes (webpack; local Turbopack dependency symlink limitation)
• Session 3 dry run: 32 rendered slides, 11 activities
