New top tier above Opus: $10/$50 per MTok, standard cache multipliers (read 0.1x, 5m write 1.25x, 1h write 2x). Wires the fable tier through tier_fallback, tier_weight (10.0 — extrapolated from 2x Opus pricing; Anthropic publishes no weights), tier_from_name, model label/badge/chart color, and the Live model picker.
