TrailDa

TrailDa is building an AI-powered operational intelligence platform for agricultural production networks.

The platform helps agribusiness operators turn operational farm data into actionable insights for production planning, performance monitoring, and yield forecasting across multiple farms.

The Problem

Agricultural production networks often operate with limited visibility into their own operational data. Decisions around planting cycles, feed usage, production planning, and cost management are frequently made without structured data insights.

This lack of decision infrastructure leads to inefficiencies, unpredictable yields, and costly operational mistakes across agribusiness networks and production clusters.

The Solution

TrailDa aggregates operational farm data and converts it into actionable insights using structured data pipelines, analytics layers, and AI-assisted insight generation.

The platform enables agricultural networks to:

  • Monitor performance across multiple farms
  • Identify operational anomalies
  • Improve production planning
  • Forecast yields and operational outcomes

Market Entry

TrailDa is initially targeting structured agricultural production networks rather than fragmented individual farms.

Pilot Path

  • Abrot agricultural business network (Ogun State, Nigeria)

Expansion

  • Poultry production networks in Oyo State
  • Agricultural cooperatives and production clusters across southwestern Nigeria

Founder

TrailDa emerged from the founder’s exposure to farming while growing up and later experience working within poultry production networks in Ibadan. These experiences revealed how critical operational decisions in agriculture are often made without structured data insights.

TrailDa is being built to provide decision infrastructure for agricultural production networks.
