Necessary features for my Dynamic FAQs

• Track user which asks questions
• Add search functionality to FAQs UI
• Include Upvote and Downvote of questions
• Use the Upvote and Downvote to dynamically display FAQs
• Solved or no longer required FAQs would be made unapproved to remove them
