Dark and Light Theme Not Working

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the game in the browser.

2. Click on the Theme Toggle button in the header.

3. Observe that clicking the button does not switch between light mode and dark mode as expected.

Expected Behavior:

1. Clicking the theme toggle should switch between light mode (default) and dark mode.

2. The icon should change between (moon) for light mode and (sun) for dark mode.

Actual Behavior:

1. Clicking the theme toggle does not switch between modes.
