Purpose:
This pull request adds the user interface and functionality for the DevOps quiz application. The following features were implemented:
A topic selection dropdown that allows the user to choose from multiple DevOps topics.
Display of quiz questions and multiple-choice options based on the selected topic.
A system to check the user's answer and display feedback (correct/incorrect) with an explanation.
Navigation between questions, with the option to move to the next question after answering.
Styling and basic layout adjustments for a clean and interactive quiz interface.
