On GLYMUR, LL and Deep Buffer playback through speaker was routing 4-channel audio through only 2 channels, causing audio to play from only the left side with low volume. Add MFC coefficient table to upmix 2ch to 4ch for speaker path to fix the issue.

@tkanfade, can you check for all ACDB's which supports 4 or more channels and fix for them also.
