Consider renaming `libsndcardparser.so` to `libsndparser.so`

Headers are installed into usr/include/sndparser, the pkgconfig file is called sndparser.pc, but the shared-object is still called "libsndcardparser.so", maybe it should be renamed, to stay with a consistent naming scheme for libsndparser.
