Add NORD RIDE SX PAL mixer and resource manager XMLs together with NORD-specific usecase and plugin manager configs. Update the autotools install list so these XMLs are packaged under /etc with the expected filenames. Signed-off-by: Pratyush Meduri <mpratyus@qti.qualcomm.com>
