The LICENSE file in the audioreach-graphmgr source repository is updated with revised copyright marking and now identifies as BSD-3-Clause instead of BSD-3-Clause-Clear. Update LICENSE and LIC_FILES_CHKSUM to match the upstream LICENSE file so that do_fetch does not fail the license checksum verification. Signed-off-by: Aditya Rathi <aditrath@qti.qualcomm.com>
