Document enhancement creation workflows

What changed

• add a canonical English guide for XH, class-enhancement, and BAdI creation
• add a Portuguese operational guide for colleagues
• document CLI and MCP parameters, prerequisites, field limits, CTS safety, verification, rollback behavior, known limitations, and troubleshooting
• record synthetic local-package and transportable-package validation evidence
• update the README, changelog, architecture, object matrix, MCP references, simulator guide, and embedded bridge deployment guide

Why

The v2.40.0-augusto.1 implementation was already published and validated, but its documentation was spread across several files. This PR gives users and AI agents one authoritative workflow and makes the current support boundaries explicit.

Safety and privacy

All examples and validation notes use synthetic identifiers. The diff contains no customer source, credentials, endpoints, package names, transport identifiers, dumps, or other private operational data.
