Fix Windows close flow and improve the Turing workspace

Summary

• allow the Windows desktop app to close after the user saves or discards changes
• replace WebView alerts and confirmations (localhost quiere...) with native dialogs titled Jauto
• use Tauri's forced window destruction only after explicit close approval
• enlarge the desktop window and Turing simulation tape

Validation

• 215 tests pass
• TypeScript type checking passes
• Rust cargo check passes
• Tauri release-profile build completes with the required window capability
