Make the CLA a copyright assignment - #16

Contributions become the Maintainer's, so the Project can be licensed and sold as a whole. The old text was a licence and left contributors owning their part. An exclusive licence is the fallback where an assignment isn't allowed, and moral rights aren't asserted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Makes the CLA a copyright assignment, the same change as Gryt's. The old text said "You keep the copyright in your contribution": enough to sell commercial licences, but contributors still owned their part. Now they assign the copyright and other economic rights. An exclusive licence is the fallback where an assignment isn't allowed, and moral rights aren't asserted. It also says it's a donation, with no share of commercial licences.
This replaces the first attempt, which I merged and then reverted by force-pushing main back. It was committed from a clone with an empty index, so it deleted every other file. This one changes CLA.md only.
Someone who signed the old text stays on the licence they agreed to. To have their earlier work assigned too, they'd need to sign again.
