Companion to Auto-Tournament/auto-tournament#404, which makes every game pill show the game's app icon.

IGDB ids

igdbId is the game's numeric IGDB id, read off its igdb.com page ("IGDB ID: n"). The platform uses it to link a game a player picked from IGDB search to its pack, even where IGDB's slug is not the pack's. For example, Trackmania (2020) is trackmania--2 on IGDB, and Valve's Deadlock is deadlock--2; the bare trackmania and deadlock slugs belong to a 2003 game and a 2016 game.

• 32 packs carry an igdbId, in the pack file and in index.json / catalog.json.
• Two packs have none on purpose:
  • Call of Duty is a franchise pack; IGDB's call-of-duty is the 2003 game.
  • Chess is a board game; IGDB's chess is one 2001 video game.
• The README documents the field.

App icons for the last four packs

These four got no icon in #7. Each is bumped to 1.0.2:

Battlefield 6	Steam client icon, app 2807960, from shared.fastly.steamstatic.com/community_assets/.... The old Cloudflare path 404s for it.
League of Legends	The "L" crest from leagueoflegends.com's own site icon (SVG), on League's dark blue. The game is not on Steam or the App Store, and its Epic listing has only box art and the wordmark.
StarCraft II	The Battle.net shop's game icon (SVG), on dark blue. Battle.net only.
Chess	Our own: a knight drawn in the pack tile's faceted style, on its orange. No brand icon exists.

All four are 128 × 128 WebP between 1.3 KB and 7.5 KB, and pass the platform's import check. app-icons/SOURCES.md has the rows, and it documents the fastly Steam path. The "Games without an app icon" section is gone, since every pack now has an icon.

Merge order

1. feat(games): every game pill shows the game's app icon, or a monogram auto-tournament#404 first, then deploy it. Instances on older 3.0 betas refuse any pack field they don't know, so they would refuse igdbId.
2. Then this PR.

#404 already carries these files in its bundled snapshot.
