Update RTC integration version constants

Description

• Updates the RTC integration loader to select vip-integrations/gutenberg-0.2-20260914 from Update Gutenberg plugin release vip-go-mu-plugins-ext#145.
• Keeps VIP RTC on vip-integrations/vip-real-time-collaboration-0.5; VIP RTC is unchanged at release v0.5.1.
• The selected Gutenberg 24.0.0-rc.1 artifact was built directly from WordPress/gutenberg trunk commit 0b70e0cd288325dc13607195d705c712ba77c22b.

Changelog Description

No customer-visible Real-Time Collaboration changes were identified between the deployed baseline and the new artifact.

The sync runtime gained a backwards-compatible provider option with no front-end behavior change.
