Relates to https://linear.app/a8c/issue/CMM-274.
The implemented endpoints will be used to support managing Jetpack Social connected accounts in the mobile apps. The endpoints include listing supported services, listing connected accounts, authorizing a new account, deleting connected accounts, etc.
