Summary

  • Every public page that names our stratum (pool site EN and ZH, hub, MCP, explorer no-JS sentence, README) calls it a donation, validation and fallback endpoint: a grace at 25% (12.5 points to DATUM), then 100%. The hub no longer says Lazarus is retiring hosted stratum.
  • /api/pool passes Prime's grace knobs through when the stats document has them. A miner's estimate blends grace_work at the grace rebate, and the miner page shows 25% and the end time while stratum_grace_until is still ahead, then 100%.
  • Builds on 183c8b7 (the donation-endpoint copy), which is not on main yet. Does not touch prime/, primed, or any deploy.

Test plan

  • python3 -m pytest pool/test_stratum_grace_fee.py pool/test_earned_24h.py pool/test_gateway_builds.py (25 passed)
  • python3 -m pytest pool/test_scanner_backfill.py (15 passed)
  • cd cloudflare/mcp && npm test (138 passed)
  • node --check on the edited JS and python3 -m py_compile pool/server.py
  • After deploy, an address inside grace on the miner page shows 25% and the end time from Prime, and /api/pool prime includes the grace knobs

The fee switch has fired, so the countdown and the 25% / 12.5 fallbacks are wrong. The grace at 25% stays on the notice, and every flat fee claim names it.

…then 100%

The sites still called the grace a failover, and the hub still said hosted stratum was being retired. The miner estimate now uses Prime's per-address grace work, and the page shows when that grace ends.
